The Golden Arms offers a number of features for our guests and owners including:

-Covered parking

-Recently updated and well furnished Community Room with tables for card playing, numerous books and games

-Shuffle Board and Putting Area

-On-Site Managers who are available to assist you from 9am-5pm, Mon-Wed, and Fri/Sat. Our Managers are also available via cell phone for emergencies.

-Key-less entry security system for both the front door areas, pool area and beach gate to ensure safety of our owners and their guests.

-We also are in the process of installing a wireless capability for laptop users.
